In 1909, the University of Washington hosted the Alaska-Yukon- Pacific Exposition. Originally tasked to design a visual system for a conference on wood, I pivoted to focus on a recreation and celebration of that historic world's fair. The recurring background displays a collection of photos from the UW archive that are meant to literally piece together the original world's fair event.
Each attendee receives a name tag with their face photoshopped onto a historical figure. Here I am on the body of Alice Roosevelt.
